Had to give it a shot of starting fluid to start. Used the ranger several times with no problem starting. Ranger started normal today after sitting for over 24 hours. Everything could work (lights, winch, etc.) But if the volts aren't high enough it won't crank, only click. You can check fuses and relays, will be a cheaper and easier fix than a new battery. towed ranger back to the house and checked the codes which showed 51 and 52. looked under the hood at the ECM and found that three of the wires had burnt out two on one connector and one on the other. Replaced the connector and ECM thinking that problem was fixed, but still no go. the ranger will turn over but will not start.There is a brake line with the switch attached. 2 wires on top. To test to see if the switch is working depress the brake and see if the brake lights come on. If they do this is not your problem. If no brake lights you can jump across the 2 wires on the switch and rzr should start.
